The story of our foundry began on Christmas Day, 1964, when my great-grandfather and grandfather started what would become a family tradition spanning more than six decades.
What they began together was passed down through our family to my father, and today continues with me. Through four generations, our family has carried forward the knowledge, skills, and hands-on craftsmanship that can only come from years spent working in the foundry.
A lot has changed since 1964, but the way we approach our work hasn't. We still believe in doing things right, taking pride in what we make, and standing behind our work.
Today, Tompkins Creates carries that tradition forward through aluminum sand casting, custom sawmilling, woodworking, signage, and one-of-a-kind projects. While the business has grown beyond the foundry, our roots remain right where they started—with family, hard work, and the ability to turn raw materials into something built to last.
